Promoting emerging design and encouraging Australian design to become market ready.
The Launch Pad program provides a platform to encourage and promote Australian design by giving emerging designers access to a network of commercial suppliers, manufacturers and media.
Launch Pad Finalists Exhibition will showcase works collectively at Melbourne Museum. Following this event, prototypes will also be displayed within Melbourne's premier commercial furniture, lighting and textile showrooms over the 2-day Saturday in Design event (8 and 9 August).
Launch Pad is the most extensive national program promoting the development of market-ready prototypes of Australian and New Zealand product designers.
Launch Pad provides the opportunity for emerging designers to connect with key industry figures in the Australasian and International design community.
