Pumping Station

Classified by the National Trust and built with the full grandeur of nineteenth century French architecture, this majestic building can be transformed for your special cocktail reception or formal sit-down dinner function.

The Coal Bunker's dark and immersive entrance will leave your guests wondering 'what is going to happen next'. With a number of Gobo's and a data projector to transform the walkway into your own creative entrance, your guests' first impressions will last forever. As you meander down the entrance experience it opens into the old Boiler House which continues through to the Engine Room.

Immerse yourself in the splendour of the historic Pumping Station, the ideal venue for formal dinners, product launches, conferences and large cocktail receptions.

Boiler House

The Boiler House once housed five boilers and now features two which have been fully restored, adding to the ambience already present. From trapeze artists to movies, the Boiler House has been transformed by many functions into an array of different settings, demonstrating how versatile this space really is. Fantastic mood lighting creates a great ambient setting for your next sit-down function or product launch. The opportunities here are truly endless.

Engine Room

Boasting an industrial yet contemporary feel, this space falls nothing short of a venue with a difference. Although the steam pumps last ran in 1947, today one of the four still operates under compressed air. This can give your function an edge and create a great talking point for the evening.

With a long banquet table running the length of the room, dressed with candelabra, this unique set-up will create a memorable experience.
